Dill Center and other sites), residential supports (staffed homes where individuals live in community settings), and community integration programs (job-planning, vocational exploration, membership in community activities).

Kennebec Behavioral Health (KBH) - Has a clinic in Skowhegan that offers outpatient mental health counseling, case management, services for co-occurring disorders, residential supports, and home and community-based therapy. The agency supports people with behavioral health challenges who also need coordination of services and supports in daily life.

Fairfield Resources

Klearview Manor (North Country Associates) - A 16-bed Intermediate Care Facility for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF/IID). It provides 24-hour nursing care plus active treatment: occupational, physical, speech therapy, and programming to help residents build daily living, social, communication, and physical skills. The facility offers outings and a day program to promote life skills and community participation.

Catholic Charities Behavioral Health Home - Operates out of 66 Western Avenue in Fairfield. They offer outpatient mental health services, support for people with co-occurring disorders (mental health + substance use), recovery support, peer mentoring, and community integration. They also have a Behavioral Health Home model, meaning they coordinate multiple services around the person to make it easier to access whatever help is needed.

Assistance Plus - Provides a broad range of supports for people with intellectual/developmental disabilities, behavioral health needs, long-term home care, and shared living options. Their services include daily living support, home health aides, support in home and community settings, and behavioral health interventions. For many, this allows them to remain in their homes and communities rather than in more restrictive settings.

Rehab Without Walls - Offers therapy services including physical, occupational, speech, brain-injury rehab, stroke rehab, and treatment for neurological conditions. These services are available in outpatient clinics and community or home settings. This is especially important for individuals who need rehabilitative support after injuries, illnesses, or neurologic impairments.

Pillars Community Outreach - An outpatient mental health facility with services including dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), trauma therapy, group therapy, and case management. The clinic serves children/adolescents, adults, and seniors. For people with mental health disabilities, emotional regulation issues, or trauma history, this is a local option.
