Mindfulness for Distractible Minds - An online group hosted through Psychology Speciailists of Maine, led by Dr. Christie Pickel, teaching mindfulness practices tailored for adults with ADHD to increase attentional control and reduce stress. 


Psychology Specialists of Maine - Adult ADHD Skills Group - Focuses on developing practical skills for managing ADHD symptoms in daily life. The group provides strategies for organization, time management, and enhancing focus, tailored to adults dealing with ADHD. Sessions aim to foster a supportive environment where participants can share experiences and learn from each other.


Seacoast Adult ADHD Support Group - A peer-led group facilitated by a psychotherapist/ADHD coach. Meets online on the first and third Wednesdays of each month. Open to adults who identify as having ADHD.

ADDA Virtual Peer Support Groups - The Attention Deficit Disorder Association (ADDA) offers a variety of virtual peer support groups specifically designed for adults with ADHD. These groups provide a safe, non-judgmental environment where members can share experiences, challenges, and strategies for managing ADHD. ADDA hosts over 30 different groups, including sessions tailored for women over 50, BIPOC individuals, LGBTQ+ members, and those new to ADHD. Meetings are typically 90 minutes long and are facilitated by trained volunteers who also have ADHD. While access to these groups requires an ADDA membership, the organization offers a sliding scale for dues to accommodate various financial situations.
