Works to enable the people of Aroostook to achieve greater economic independence and dignity, and provides leadership to the community in responding to changing human needs.

Community Concepts Inc.:

Offers a variety of social services that promote self-sufficiency within the people of the communities of Androscoggin, Franklin and Oxford counties of Maine.

Good Shepherd Food Bank:

Provides food to the neediest children, elderly, disabled and families in our communities by distributing food through local agencies.

People's Regional Opportunity Program:
A community action agency committed to identifying and addressing social, economic, educational, and health needs existing in the 23 communities in Cumberland County, Maine.

United Way of Midcoast Maine (Bath/Brunswick Area)-


This program "rescues" close to one million pounds of perishable food each year. Wayside collects and distributes the food to 40 rural and urban food pantries and soup kitchen throughout Cumberland County at no cost to the recipient agency.

York County Community Action Corporation (YCCAC)-

Delivers a range of social service, health, and educational programs to York County individuals and families living in poverty.
