Area Agencies on Aging:
The central resource for elder services in your area.

Alzheimer's Care and Support:
Services for people with Alzheimer's Disease or other dementias, and their caregivers include diagnosis and evaluation at memory clinics, adult day services, in-home and overnight respite, home care services and special care units in residential care and nursing facilities.
