Portland City Welfare
General Assistance Program - The City of Portland, Maine's General Assistance Program provides basic needs for eligible applicants in the areas of rent, medications, fuel, utilities and other services essential to maintaining individuals or families who are Portland residents.

Rural Community Action Ministry (RCAM)
