Augusta - Two public sessions have been scheduled to receive feedback on recent recommendations by panels charged with advising the Legislature on policy concerning hearing aids for the elderly and service dogs for people with disabilities.

On Tuesday November 13, the Service Dog Task Force will receive public input on service animal definition and recommended criteria for town clerks to exempt fees for service dog licenses. The meeting will be held at from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. at Maine Department of Labor on 45 Commerce Drive (off Civic Center Drive) in Augusta.
